n a country that has a vitamin and supplement industry that has taken off exponentially over the past 50 years, it’s safe to say almost all Americans have taken some kind of vitamin or supplement in their lifetime.[1] But with a market that has skyrocketed, and thousands of brands to choose from, where does a man begin? Enter: Ancient Nutrition. Ancient Nutrition is a company that sells high-quality, well-sourced, and highly-digestible supplements and vitamins. Based out of Nashville, Tennessee, Ancient Nutrition is committed to providing the world’s most nutritious superfoods in easy-to-take capsules and powders. They cohesively use nature, science, and ancient wisdom to bring the very best products to the market, making them easily accessible to all.

Ancient Wisdom with a Modern Twist

Ancient Nutrition, founded and owned by Dr. Josh Axe and Jordan Rubin, stands out above the rest. Using their combined knowledge, these two men have really set their products apart from other brands. Dr. Josh Axe is author of Eat Dirt and multiple other books, and is a well-known naturopathic doctor, regularly posting articles related to all things natural health. Jordan Rubin is also an author to many books, including The Maker’s Diet, and is the founder of Garden of LIfe supplement line. He uses his first-hand knowledge about natural health that brought healing to his body after being diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease as a freshman in college, a disease that quite literally almost took his life. Together, these two men make an incredible dynamic duo, paving a modern road using ancient paths as their blueprint.

Men on a Mission

At their core, the focus of Ancient Nutrition is to bring true, natural healing to those struggling with their health. They want to not only provide these superfoods to the masses, but to regenerate the farmlands that produce these superfoods, making our world a better place for future generations. Their ultimate goal and motto is “To save the world with superfoods.”[2] Ancient Nutrition offers a variety of superfoods in various forms, including collagen powders, protein powders, vitamin capsules, herbals, and super-greens. These products are made with techniques such as fermentation and combining specific herbs in order to make them easiest for our bodies to digest and properly absorb. It's not just your muscles they're nurturing; they're out to make sure you're fit for a future where your great-great-grandkids high-five you from lush, thriving farmlands or the metaverse.

Tactical Supplementation

Ancient Nutrition products might be right for you if you have been needing that extra boost in your supplement routine, or even trying some different supplements for the first time.

Musings from the Trail

Over the past five years or so, my wife has dealt with a lot of heavy eczema issues. After finding out she had an allergy to coconut products and stopped consuming coconut and applying coconut oil to her skin, most of her eczema problems disappeared. However, she still gets flare-ups from coming in contact with certain foods or skin care products.

After learning more about the benefits of collagen for skin, she started using Ancient Nutrition’s Multi Collagen Powder on a daily basis, throwing it in her smoothies, yogurt, afternoon coffee (let’s be real, its milk and maple syrup with a little coffee added), homemade muffins, pancakes, and more. She has noticed a huge difference, and the flare-ups became as rare as a Big Foot sighting. It seems my wife has found her secret weapon: collagen, the not-so-secret ingredient in her quest for skin supremacy and the return of giving epic back massages.
